Otakoyakisoba is a TikTok account created by Oliver Balgos in 2019 after his date introduced him to it. Since then, he and his mother, the real star of their social media, have attracted over 11.1 million followers and reached more than 484.9 million followers.
Olly and Mama Lulu have a fantastic mom-and-son relationship. They share little things from their everyday life, make funny pranks, TikTok trends, and talk about their favorite Disney movies.

“But one thing is for sure, is that whatever comes out of my Mom’s mouth, I have no idea what she is going to say. I think that is what people love about her and the videos. She has no filter, and it creates for genuine and funny interaction between us and the audience,” Olly said in an interview for In The Heart Stories.
Mama Lulu loves Korean actors, singers, especially BTS, and gets easily offended when somebody talks no-good about her food. She is very open-minded and accepts her children the way they are.
“She sees messages of how inspiring she is, that they remind her of their mom or grandmother, or how she makes them laugh every single day. Her heart is filled with gratitude, and if my Mom is happy, so am I,” he added.
