Grandma Myrna Tellingheusen is a fictional character that exists on Twitter and makes her followers (over 120,000!) laugh. Her satirical thoughts are often the things we all think but don’t say. Other times, she conveys stereotypes that the elderly have to deal with every day.

It’s still unknown who’s behind Tellingheusen’s profile but the person has been a Twitter users’ favorite since 2015. Bored Panda got a few sentences from them and learned the following: “I exist in a modular home park in Rainbow, California, a sleepy little town just north of San Diego, and just south of Temecula. My story is long and fascinating. However, the short version of this story is I want to make social media fun. There is too much acrimony in the world right now, and people need to better their sense of humor.”
