Less than a month ago, Connecticut native Luke Lorraine created a TikTok account @guykickingrock and uploaded a video of him kicking a rock he found on the street. He captioned the video by writing: “kicking a rock while I walk until it turns into a sphere: day 1.” Lorraine also provided data on “distance kicked,” “rolling craziness,” and “material kicked on.”

Lorraine continued to track his challenge every day while also providing updates on how close he was to his goal.

In a recent chat with Insider, Lorraine, who is in the band Wavy McGrady, explained that he got the idea from his bass player. The bandmember told him the rocks turn into spheres when they are rolling on hard surfaces long enough.

His TikTok page has since become viral, with videos racking up close to 4.7 million likes and huge numbers of views. Lorraine is now more than three weeks deep into his mission and doesn’t know how long it’ll take to complete it. However, it appears he doesn’t intend to give up anytime soon.

Then, she began to put lotion on her neck to demonstrate the trick. Unbelievably, the tan was coming off easily, which shocked the internet.
