“I create animals, plant life and insects using only balloons. (Adhesive, marker pen, etc. are not used at all.),” he wrote on his Instagram account.

The balloon twister has elevated the inflated craft of balloon animals to a different level. Most of his works take around 3-6 hours to complete, depending on the complexity of the animal he wants to make.

His first figurine was the Pokémon character called Pikachu, and since then he has been making sculptures dedicated to Chinese zodiac signs, wild animals, mythological creatures and miniature characters from animes.

“It was by accident that I came up with the idea of creating these micro scale clay dolls. I just wondered to what extent I could reduce the size while keeping my own style of clay art. Currently 5mm diameter is sort of my comfort zone,” the clay artist told Living It.
