Okay, okay. We’re not exactly sure if this way is better, because that’s subjective. However, we’ve got a more convenient way of eating burritos. Instead of worrying about making a big mess with your large burritos, you can just make a bunch of mini ones in a muffin tin! The trick is all in the build.

Arrange six tortillas on top of each other, and the slice them up into squares. Then slice the square shapes into quarter pieces.
After greasing your tins with oil, layer one tortilla square in each cup. Press it down, and the add on another tortilla on top of the first tortilla to create a star formation.
Layer your burrito “muffin” with refried beans, then cooked rice, and your cooked protein mixture (we suggest chicken, yum!). Top off with cheese if you’d like as well.
Back for 15 minutes at 350°F or until cheese is melted.
