Endre Penovac is a 62-years old Hungarian-born, Serbian based, artist best known for this remarkable watercolor paintings of cats. His works are made by diluting ink and watercolor pigments pith plenty of water, making them spread across the page on their own. This technique gives the feline that ghostly and fuzzy look. Penovac used this technique to paint other animals, like dogs, guinea pigs, rooster and hen as well, however, his trademark remained the watercolor cats.
Very popular among painters, he had exhibitions and held workshops all over the world, from Germany to India and Pakistan.
