Traveling the world with your significant other is one of the most magical experiences in the world and Hannah Spelt and Nick Noordijk got to experience it first-hand. They found viral fame with her blog Salt in our Hair and their Instagram page will inspire you to hit the road with your partner.
Hannah and Nick are both based in the Netherlands, and they went to the same university – but that’s not where they met. They actually crossed each other’s paths at an underground rave party, and later realized they have a lot in common, including their love for traveling.
Salt in our Hair was born during their four-month Asia journey. They got so many questions on Instagram that they decided to share useful tips and tricks by starting a blog, and the positive feedback they received inspired them to keep going and create more content.
When they started their blog in 2016, they were both working full-time corporate jobs and invested as much time into running Salt in our Hair. They eventually decided to quit their nine-to-five jobs and fully commit to blogging and traveling. They traveled over 30 countries by each other’s side, sharing useful tips and tricks from each one, in the hope they’ll inspire other people to hit the road and explore the world.
