“At Apple, we believe accessibility is a human right. Innovative features like Door Detection, Sound Recognition, Voice Control and more are designed to let you use your devices in ways that work best for you,” reads the video description. Besides the original version of the campaign video, Apple published another one with audio descriptions about what’s happening on the screen. See both videos below.

]]>The team behind this achievement had to build a fiber-optic cable that used four wires instead of the usual single-wire cable. The speed achieved is impressive, but what does it mean to an ordinary person?
While this new discovery will not directly affect our lives, at least not in the near future, it’s important for further development. It will, however, help improve infrastructure and allow us to eventually move to 6G internet, which will eventually increase internet speeds for the average customer.
You can read more details in the press release issued by NICT. The press release states, “NICT will continue to develop wide-band, long-distance transmission systems and explore how to further increase transmission capacity of low- core- count multi-core fibers and other novel SDM fibers.”

]]>Made using digital technology, many of the installations are designed to be transformed according to the interactions of the visitors. The limit between the body and the artwork becomes ambiguous, and this will make people think about their connection to the world.
For example, in the installation “Drawing on the surface of the water” you can see a pond that looks like it has fish in it. As visitors, you can step in the ‘water’, and at that moment the area comes to life with animated fish that change direction and speed. If the fish encounters a visitor or another fish, it disappears and leaves a spectrum of colors behind.
In another installation called “Floating in the Falling Universe of Flowers,” visitors witness the seasonal changes in flowers. You can watch the flowers grow, bloom and wither. They compare it to human life and how fragile it can be.
