AirPods Max might be slick and cool, but you have to admit that they sure seem a bit lifeless. That glossy and uniform look sure leaves a lot to be desired. This is why two young artists, Offgod and Gleb Kostin, decided to take things into their own hands.
The duo recently took social media by storm after presenting their take on AirPods Max. The collaboration saw them customizing store-bought AirPods Max with their artwork, giving them a more personal touch.
One ear cup of the headphones has an attachment that features Offgod’s characters Bandage Boy and Nobody. The other ear cup has Kostin’s character Bunny Boy. These characters are prominently featured in their respective artist’s works.
The custom AirPods Max by Offgod and Gleb Kostin quickly spread over the internet and caused many social media users to ask where they could get one of these. Unfortunately, there are no plans to make them widely available, although this might change in the future.
While this is the first venture from Kostin in the world of headphones customization, Offgod isn’t a stranger to personalizing AirPods Max. The Hong Kong-based designer and artist previously presented various other designs on social media. Check them out below.
