Each kitty is unique and beautiful in its own right, and that certainly happens to be the case with Willow the Beautiful Cat. She became a true Instagram sensation thanks to her unique face and viral photos that show her posing with many different flower hats.
Willow was just a few years old when she was adopted by the special needs teacher Lori Farris. She spotted her after leaving a student’s house and decided to help her out by taking her to the vet because she was covered in fleas and had a bloody nose and eye infection.
What she learned there was pretty devastating. The vet told Farris that the kitty would most likely be put down because she wasn’t “pretty enough” to be adopted. Farris wasn’t having any of that, so she decided to adopt Willow herself.
Despite her unusual look, Willow became a true Instagram sensation, with almost 250,000 followers. Farris started putting flowers on her head to add some color to her photos, and she’s now using them to spread positivity and good vibes.
“Willow loves wearing her different flower hats and her Instagram has had a great response. I think people like her because she’s a symbol of love, kindness, and being beautiful even though looking different,” she told Metro.
