Kyana Sue Powers is a young woman who left everything behind and moved to Iceland. After her first visit to this beautiful and mesmerizing country, she decided to quit her job in Boston and sold her apartment. She bought a one-way ticket and never once regret moving abroad.

Iceland was a small, remote country with a harsh climate and a culture that was completely unfamiliar to Powers. But she was undeterred. She saw the move as a chance to start fresh and experience something completely new.
As the months passed, she began to feel more and more at home in Iceland. She made friends with the locals and started to explore the country, visiting the hot springs, hiking in the mountains, and even going whale watching.

She now spends her time traveling and taking breathtaking images of Iceland with the intention to encourage as many people as possible to visit her now-home country.
Despite the difficulties she had faced, Powers knows that she had made the right decision in moving to Iceland. She had given up everything she owned in search of adventure, and she had found it in spades. She knew that she would always be grateful for the opportunity to start over and experience something so new and exciting.
