Animals and flowers are two of the most popular subjects in the world of tattoo art, and artists who specialize in them sometimes have trouble standing out—but not Fluffy Tattoos. This South Korean tattoo artist became a true sensation after she decided to combine these two elements into one.
Fluffy built an incredible social media following thanks to her floral animal tattoos, with over 270,000 people admiring her art on Instagram. She worked as a designer after graduating from university but eventually decided to switch to tattoos on a friend’s recommendation and discovered it was a better fit.
Fluffy was drawn to this art form because of the immediate reaction she got from her clients. Seeing their positive responses made her feel satisfied and happy, and she never got this kind of immediate feedback while working as a designer.
Fluffy finds inspiration everywhere around her, but nature is her main driving force and she always enjoyed channeling its beauty through her art.
“Flowers, animals, and the moon are my favorite figures. However, they are common subjects for tattoos, so I wanted to make them different from other tattoo designs. That’s why I combined the elements,” explains Fluffy, adding that the combination of flowers and animals is her personal favorite.
