Every day, artists from all around the world are trying to express their ideas in the best possible way. Some draw on paper, on their computer and some use human bodies as canvases. However, this young artist has come up with an amazing idea; she started drawing on vinyl records
Melissa Jane is a 27-year old Australian girl who has been drawing celebrity portraits on vinyl records for 7 years now. From Hugh Jackman, to Prince, Melissa uses colored pencils for creating her masterpieces. Melissa came up with the idea while preparing for her printmaking final and listening to the Bayside newest album which had lyrics “the story of his life is etched into a vinyl.”
