Embroider Elin Petronella says her art starts in the streets of Paris. Together with her husband she explores the capital of France and takes photographs, talks, and observes. Growing up with two creative parents, it was natural for her to turn to art.
“My favourite medium for a couple of years is embroidery. With thread and a needle, I can bring my drawings and paintings to life with varying tangible textures. It’s amazing to both feel and see what you are creating at the same time,” the Sweden-born artist shared in an interview for Ballpit and added that she has always dreamt of living in Paris and doing art every day.
If you browse through her gallery you will find beautiful cityscapes, buildings, and various architectural designs. On her Instagram account, she has attracted more than 160,000 followers and has hundreds of likes on each post.
