If you want to enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the most breathtaking Norwegian landscapes, then you should book a night at the Birdbox cabin. It is designed by a Bergen, Norway-based company called Livit and set in three different locations: Fauske, Langeland, and Dalen.
Made of high-quality materials, the Birdbox is eco-friendly and made to be easily transported. It has a huge circular window where you can sit and enjoy nature, and its interior is minimally furnished.
The cabin allows its visitors to enjoy the enchanting Norwegian mountains and their wildness. It comes in two different sizes: the Mini, which measures around 76 square feet, and the Medi, which extends up to 131 square feet.
“We wanted to create a product that could enable unique experiences with a minimal footprint. Built-in composites to withstand any environment with no need for maintenance, Birdbox can be lifted in place with a helicopter and mounted on columns to ensure a reversible impact on nature,” they explain on their profile.
You can book a stay at the cabin for 1,690 Norwegian Krone, which is around $196 per night, or buy the entire Birdbox for yourself.
