Scorpio season is a strange time of the year. From late October to late November, things seem like they function in a strange, dare we say, more sinister way. Is it a coincidence that Halloween takes place during the Scorpio season? We think not.
Now, you can either try to fight the Scorpio season and fail or you can embrace it. Burger King opted for that latter by introducing a special meal combo to mark this peculiar but somewhat charming period.
The fast-food chain presented the combo on its Instagram, revealing that it consists of an Oreo shake, jalapeno poppers, and a Whopper. According to BK, these food items fit great with Scorpios considering they are “willing to ‘go for it,” “unapologetically fierce”, and can turn everything into a competition.
“Don’t have to tell a Scorpio to have it their way. They already are,” said Burger King in the caption of the post.
As you might expect, social media users were divided on the topic. Some liked the idea of the Scorpio season combo meal, while others believed it missed the point. Still, we believe most people will try it at least once.
This isn’t the first time that Burger King has tapped into Zodiac for inspiration. The fast food chain covered several other “sign seasons” before including Virgo and Taurus.
