Norwegian Elise is a 22-year-old girl who discovered her passion for baking and turned it into a successful career. As a child, she always enjoyed being in the kitchen. She loved the sights, smells, and tastes of baking, and she quickly became skilled at creating delicious treats. As she got older, her love for baking only grew stronger.
She spent hours experimenting with different recipes and techniques, always striving to create something new and delicious. But her journey genuinely began when she discovered the world of sourdough back in 2017.
“In 2018, I decided to start posting some of my bakes to Instagram. I simply wanted to create a baking journal for myself and the people closest to me. And I did! But it quickly expanded into more, and in 2021 we are a community consisting of hundreds of thousands of bread lovers from all around the world!”, she says.
Despite her young age, Elise has already achieved great success in the world of baking. But she isn’t stopping there. She is always experimenting with new recipes and techniques, and she has big plans for the future. No matter what the future holds, one thing is certain—her passion for baking will always be at the heart of everything she does.
