Tiny Eyes Comics created by artist Siyu Cao focuses on Chinese culture through slices of everyday life. You might have heard about her work, the series of hilarious comics where she compares Chinese and Western culture.
“A year ago, I published two collections of my comics on the differences between Chinese and Western culture,” the artist shared on Bored Panda. “During the past year, besides cultural differences, I also realized the cultural connections and universal values we all share as people across cultures.”
Her webcomic quickly became viral which gave her a following of over 33,000 people from all around the world. She also adds that learning about other cultures has always been a fun experience, and she wanted to pass the feeling to everyone who is curious about her homeland.
“In the end, every culture is ‘weird’ in its way, but it’s also the weirdness that makes it interesting,” she added.
