Have you ever imagined how your favorite cartoon character would look in real life? If your answer is “no” don’t worry because famous Italian artist Dito Von Tease did it for you. Best-known for his finger-portraits of celebrities, Von Tease created a project where he reimagined 38 animal cartoons as living beings.
In his digital gallery, you can enjoy both comics and cartoon characters that evoke memories from his childhood. His project covers images from the ’70s to the present, from his country to the rest of the world.
“I tried to give them their pose, their look, their soul, and the result looks like real animals cosplaying their relative cartoon character,” the artist shared on Bored Panda and added that his 4-year-old son was the first to see his creations.
He’s done everything from Wile E. Coyote and The Cat in the Hat to The Pink Panther and Mickey Mouse.
