Hollywood superstar Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson recently decided to the right one of his past wrongs. During a visit to Hawaii, he stopped at a 7-Eleven from which he used to steal Snickers bars as a kid and bought every Snickers they had.
In a viral video he recently posted on Instagram, The Rock explained that king-size Snickers were his pre-daily workout meals back when he lived in Hawaii as a 14-year-old. But since he couldn’t afford one, he would come to the local 7-Eleven and steal one. He did that every day for almost a year.
Now that he has money for Snickers and bit on top, Johnson decides to return to the “scene of the crime.” He walked into the same 7-Eleven, got all the Snickers they had on the shelves, and bought them. As a bonus, he paid for everything that other customers were buying at that moment, tipped the staff, and even did a small photoshoot with the fans.
On his way out, Johnson left the bag with Snickers so others could help themselves.
“If somebody looks like they’re stealing Snickers, give them these so they don’t steal it,” Johnson told the store employee.
