Job interviews are hard. If there was only a secret to ace them every time, right? Well, one TikTok user claims there is one, and she has decided to reveal it to the rest of the world.
In a video she recently posted on her TikTok profile, Jennifer Reardon shared a secret on “how to kill any interview ever.”
“Every job I’ve ever interviewed for, where I’ve said this, I’ve gotten the job,” she explains in the clip.
According to Reardon, you should do your interview like you would usually do, be your normal self and give your best. Then, towards the end of the interview, before you leave, you should ask your potential employer one question: “Are there any concerns you have about me that we can address before we end?”
TikToker explains that this is your best opportunity to address any issues or question marks that the employer might have and convince him you are the right candidate for the job.
“Once you’re done addressing them, they’ll have no concerns, and you will literally get the [call] saying you got the job,” she says at the end of the video.
This clip quickly spread on TikTok, collecting more than two million views and impressing social media users in the process. Some of them even shared their own experience, saying they tried this approach or something similar to a great degree of success.
