After a three-year-long wait, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery finally arrived on Netflix last week—and gave us many hilarious tweets along the way. Movie Twitter can’t get enough of this hilarious murder mystery and its many parallels to the real world.

Glass Onion brings back master detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig) to solve another high-profile murder, this time jetting off to a private Greek island to do so. There, he’s met by a tech billionaire Miles Bron (Edward Norton) and a group of his most loyal friends, who got together for a fun murder mystery weekend, which quickly goes awry.

Twitter users started obsessing about Glass Onion shortly after it premiered on December 23. This was expected given the success of the first movie, but this sequel ended up winning us over with its parallels to the real world, poking fun at everyone from Elon Musk and Joe Rogan to Lana Del Rey and the Kardashians.

Twitter users took a moment to praise everything from Benoit Blanc’s outfits to the cast’s dynamic and amazing cameos that we didn’t see coming. The final verdict was that most people want to see Netflix give us as many Knives Out movies as possible after the second installment managed to live up to the hype by bringing something new to the table.
