Travel bloggers can do a great job inspiring you to explore the world, and that’s exactly the mission behind the travel blog Go Annie Where. Its founder Annie is dedicated to sharing useful travel tips and tricks with her followers, in the hope she’ll encourage them to hit the road.
Annie described herself as a Southern-rooted gal with a passion for travel, who enjoys empowering others to go “any where”. She was born in China but raised in America and she took her first international trip when she was four years old.
Annie’s first flight is now in her distant past and she doesn’t remember much of it because its main purpose was for her family to move from China to the U.S. She rediscovered her love for travel in 2016 when she took part in a study abroad program and spent some time backpacking through Europe.
In the years to come, she got to travel to over 20 countries, in addition to exploring multiple US states. Her love for traveling stems from her love for history, and her trips made it possible to see many iconic sites she had read about in history books.
“My favorite part about traveling is learning first-hand about a country and its people and culture. Needless to say, traveling is a privilege and I know how lucky I am to have the health and means to travel,” writes Annie on her blog.
