Emily in Paris is one of those Netflix shows that people love to hate, but they still tune in for every new season. Fashion blogger La Julique is one of its biggest fans, and she became a viral sensation once she started putting together outfits inspired by Emily Cooper’s over-the-top style.
Julie aka La Julique describes herself as “a petite fashionista in her late twenties”. She’s originally from Belgium, but spends a lot of time in Paris, despite the fact she’s currently based in Miami, Florida.
When it comes to her fashion choices, she enjoys combining modern clothes with classic, vintage pieces, and some of her all-time favorite brands happen to be French.
“The perfect description for my personal style would be ‘Petite Parisienne’. I adore the French style because it is timeless, elegant, feminine, and sometimes effortless. And because I’m only 5’2″, the smaller French sizing fits me better,” explains Julie on her blog Cabana Bandana.
After impressing thousands of people with her personal style, Julie became a true Instagram sensation once she started recreating outfits from Emily in Paris. We’ve seen her channel several of the show’s characters, from Emily’s messy and colorful looks to Camille’s French chic.
