Disney’s Frozen was released almost a decade ago (shocking, we know), but it appears that we still haven’t revealed all the secrets and easter eggs this animated hit has in store for its viewers. As a matter of fact, one of them was just recently spotted by a movie buff Chloe Hutchon.
Hutchon shared a now-viral TikTok video in which she claims that she found a connection between James Cameroon’s blockbuster Titanic and Frozen. The clip starts with the TikToker looking puzzled by a question: “Did Disney copy the Titanic with their character names?”
She then plays the scene in Frozen in which princess Ana meets Olaf the talking snowman, and Sven the reindeer. The video next cuts to the scene from Titanic in which Leonardo DiCaprio’s Jack plays poker with characters named Olaf and Sven.
It turned out that no one noticed this before, as other TikTok users were baffled by the discovery. Some even pointed out to the fact that parents Anna and Elsa’s parents died in the shipwreck, adding more mystery to the whole story.
Is there a possibility that Titanic and Frozen, both having characters named Olaf and Sven is just a coincidence? Sure there is. Still, we would like to believe that Hutchon is right and that this is, in fact, a really clever easter egg.
