If you ask artist Rosanna Tasker, the beauty hides in the ordinary, even mundane moments that make up our daily lives. She illustrates such moments in a beautiful way, showing the exciting and beautiful side of things we regularly do without even thinking about them.
Tasker found her personal style in an unusual way. “I would say my style largely developed during university, but it mostly came from unlearning everything I was told at school and college about how I should draw,” she told Irina & Silviu in an interview. She still believes that it’s important to learn the basics in a traditional way, but she also claims that it’s vital to be able to let go of all that and rediscover the childhood roots of your art and see what comes naturally to you.
