If you’re looking for a good laugh and distraction from everything that’s happening around you, you owe it to yourself to check out Ryan Kramer’s comics. Kramer, aka ToonHole Ryan, has hilarious comics with unexpected twists that show just how strange our world is.
He’s part of ToonHole, which consists of Chris, John, Mike, and Ryan, a group of friends who illustrate funny cartoons and posts content every Monday and Friday. They’ve been together since 2010 and drawn over 1k comics and animations.
Currently, Ryan directs on Looney Tunes at Warner Bros. and in addition to making comics, he enjoys raising kids, meditation, fitness, and philosophy. He also can’t get enough breakfast burritos. He’s even released a book titled Don’t Leave Me Hanging, which is full of gag comics.
“Writing a good comic means I have to allow time for my mind to wander so I can capture an idea worth drawing,” Ryan told Bored Panda when describing his creative process. “A comic from start to finish is usually anywhere from 2 to 6 hours depending on complexity and style.”
Ryan’s extremely grateful for all the fans he’s accumulated over his 10 years of creating content, “I hope my work ushers a little more joy into the world because making these has surely given me immense pleasure,” and judging by the almost 100,000 Instagram followers, we’re sure his fans appreciate his work.
