]]>Lescrauwaet-Beach hails from Belgium and she fell in love with the diversity of different cuisines during her travels across Australia, Europe, and the US. She also wanted to help her kids develop a healthy relationship with food, and her Instagram page @edible_food_art_for_kids was born out of this idea.
“I found that I wanted a way to make fruit and vegetables fun and creative. What started as simple plates to give my children a smile soon became a creative way to unwind, bring my message to people around the world, and keep my kids coming back for more,” she told Bored Panda.
In addition to looking amazing, Lescrauwaet-Beach’s edible creations are as healthy as it gets. Fresh fruit, veggies, seeds, and nuts are her go-to ingredients, and she avoids using mashed potatoes, pasta, food dye, and artificial flavorings.
When it comes to inspiration, she finds it in the most unusual of places, but Disney movies are her clear favorite. She also enjoys paying homage to other animated classics through her work, from Pixar’s heartwarming movies to The Simpsons, Rugrats, and Garfield.

]]>Schlott is a nail artist based in Sweden, with 64,000 followers on her Instagram page @malinsnagelkonst. She enjoyed art from a young age and went on to get a degree in visual communication and design from Karlstad University, before deciding to turn to nail art and complete her training in 2018.
Many of Schlott’s Disney-inspired manicures have been made in collaboration with Glam&Beauty, but it turns out that she has her own brand selling nail products. While working with a fellow nail artist Emelie Westin, the two formed an unbreakable bond, and later decided to join forces and start their own company called Nail Art Queens.
We’ve seen Schlott explore many different themes through her nail art, but Disney-inspired creations seem to be her personal favorite. From The Little Mermaid and Bambi to Frozen and The Jungle Book, she’s constantly crafting manicures that pay homage to both old and new Disney movies. If you love nail art and Disney in equal measure, head to her Instagram page, and you might find inspiration for your next manicure.

]]>Westin is the mastermind behind Instagram page @beautiful_in_light, which is followed by 105,000 people on Instagram. She used to work as a dance teacher before discovering her true passion in nail art.
Her nails are as colorful, glitzy, and show-stopping as it gets, and many of them also happen to be adorable because they feature tiny drawings of Disney characters.
Westin mostly focuses on classic Disney movies and shows, putting such characters as Mickey and Minnie Mouse front and center. There are exceptions to this rule, and we’ve seen her create manicures inspired by such movies as The Aristocats, Frozen, and Winnie-the-Pooh.
In addition to running a successful Instagram page, Westin is the owner of the brand called Design in Light and co-founder of Nail Art Queens with fellow nail artist Malin Schlott. They met in 2020 while working for the same company, and later decided to start their own, selling a wide range of nail art supplies, from crystals to glitter, pearls, and beads.

The graphic designer and self-taught illustrator finds inspiration in everyday life, whether being based on her personal experience or something she finds scrolling through social media. Emil from Ratatouille taking photos of his food, Ursula being naughty in the Photo Booth, or Merida attempting to brush her hair with a fork, are just some of the hilarious images Omar posted on her newest account.

]]>Elementary school teacher Samuel Manzanera has found a way to make this wish true with the magic of Photoshop. Manzanera uses the photo editing software to bring Disney characters to his world and “enjoy” their company.
He does this with such expertise that all the edits seem natural. He makes it seem like he interacts with the characters in the photos and participates in the same activities as they do.
According to Manzanera, he first came to the idea of mixing reality and fiction when he saw the live-action/animated movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit? as a child. When he grew up, he realized he could do this with the help of Photoshop.
In a recent interview, Manzanera revealed that he comes up with the ideas for the photos while doing everyday tasks or watching a Disney flick. He then spends several hours searching for a perfect frame and doing the edits.
Manzanera’s works have been particularly popular on Instagram, where he amassed more than 320K followers. To see why check out his awesome photo edits below.

]]>While most artists focus on Disney princesses and princes, Pick decided to give the stage to the animals that inhabit the world of Disney and re-imagine them as humans. In his works, Perdita and Pongo from 101 Dalmatians are a human couple expecting a baby, while Rita from Oliver & Company turns into a beautiful and intimidating lady.
“It was an idea already for a very long time to transform the animals into humans and also the other way around,” said Pick about the Disney HUMANIMALS project.
The beauty of this project is that it reminds us just how much the animals bring color and life to the Disney movies. In many ways, they are just as important as the main characters, which is what Pick’s art is basically conveying in its message.

]]>The post Lander Art’s Disney Illustrations are Literally Glowing appeared first on https://everydaymonkey.com.
]]>This 20-year-old artist specializes in glowing sketches, and her Instagram page lander_art has attracted 160,000 followers so far. She mostly draws inspiration from popular culture, and many of her illustrations happen to be inspired by our favorite Disney heroines.
Her hit series “princesses in real life” imagines Rapunzel, Snow White, Jasmine, and other beloved characters with more realistic features. Another thing that drawings in this series have in common is the inclusion of the princesses’ loyal pets.
Lander Art’s signature feature, however, is the way her sketches seem to glow brilliantly and mercilessly. She usually tends to make the princess’s jewelry radiant, while using more of a classic technique for the rest of the drawing. By mixing a technical drawing style with her signature glowing elements, Helen has managed to make her illustrations realistic and magical at the same time. People can’t get enough of her masterpieces!

]]>She doesn’t just choose the what characters the celebrities play at random, Morgun thinks about which ones would best fit the star.
The illustrations are not lacking in detail and it comes as no surprise that it takes the artist six to eight hours to complete them. Morgun told Bored Panda that she’s inspired by many things, “People inspire me. Interesting stories, films, songs that you want to listen to over and over again.”
But one of her biggest inspirations is her love for Disney and her memories of the movies and characters. The first character she drew in the series was Rachel McAdams as Cinderella and after getting a great response from her followers, of which she has almost 90,000, she decided to continue drawing princesses.
And since then she’s drawn many celebrities including Maisie Williams as Coraline, Michael Ealy as Prince Naveen from The Princess and the Frog, Emma Stone as Jessie from Toy Story, Scarlet Johansson as Anastasia from Anastasia, Emma Watson as Anna from Frozen, and Zendaya as Lilo from Lilo and Stitch.
When deciding what to draw next, Morgun takes a poll on her Instagram and lets her fans vote. So if there’s a character you’d like to see her draw, follow her on Instagram.

]]>Just in case it wasn’t going fast enough though, one fan decided to hype up Star Wars even more.
Using clips from one of the few cult-hit Star Wars media, Star Wars: Galaxy of Adventures, a fan decided to create a trailer that would definitely meet even the biggest anime fan’s standards.
As you might expect from anything anime, it has its own epic track, all thanks to “Shinzo wo Sasageyo,” the same track used by Attack on Titan and was performed by the band, Linked Horizon.
It should go without saying, but just in case you needed to be warned, the fan-made video has plenty of spoilers.
As for Star Wars fans who are clamouring for an anime treatment of Star Wars, this should be enough to satisfy your interests for now. Although Star Wars has yet to be turned into an anime, and there are no signs pointing to that happening just yet, we’ll never know for sure what the future holds.
After all, we all thought that the Star Wars movies were all over after the first two trilogies, and we all know how that turned out.
In any case, here’s to hoping that the video, which we will link below, is enough to get Disney to think of creating a Star Wars anime.

]]>Melody Ricketts is an actress and singer with a passion for Broadway musical theatre. She’s also a Party Princess. The LA-based artist makes her living hosting birthday parties dressed like Disney characters. She arrives at the party, plays with the kids and sings to them. That may sound like a dream job, but don’t be fooled – it’s extremely demanding, easy to mess up, and requires real commitment!
Melody’s birthday routine starts early in the morning, the day of the party. First thing in the morning, she starts planning and applying her makeup. Though each princess has her own look, Melody likes to experiment and play with different eyeshadows and colors. Then comes the dress – usually involving a huge circular skirt and a tight corset – and finally, the wig.
When Melody arrives at the party, she has to really show up. The kids see her as a Disney princess, so she has to play the part, even if the kids don’t behave well, even if it hot and she’s tired. But Melody is completely dedicated to her job and the children. She’ll do anything to make the Disney magic come alive for them.
