The Turkey-based freelance illustrator Salih Gonenli focuses on detailed style illustrations with a little touch of watercolor and humor. You might know him for his series of illustrations of Pokémon characters where he joined the creatures based on their element.
During his studies, he worked at book publishing and shirt design companies as a graphic designer and illustrator. However, after graduation he decided to become a freelance illustrator and since then, he has been doing art for both personal projects and commissions.
You can find his work on Instagram where he has attracted almost 3,000 followers and has thousands of likes on each post. He also posts his illustrations onto his personal website where you can purchase some of his prints and other merchandise.
