Watch 14 Dogs Break a World Record for Most Dogs in Conga Line

The Guinness World Records tracks all sorts of impressive, scary, and bizarre records. But in between all of these, there are also many wholesome and adorable records. For example, did you know that there is a record for most dogs in a conga line? Well, now you do, and you can watch it get broken if you continue reading.

Back in August, German trainer Wolfgang Lauenburger and his canine friends decided to attempt breaking the most dogs in the conga line record and ended up shattering it. Fourteen dogs – Emma, Filou, Fin, Simon, Susy, Maya, Ulf, Speck, Bibi, Katie, Jennifer, Elvis, Charly, and Cathy – perfectly linked up together and worked as one to ensure their names will be written in the Guinness Book of World Record.

Guinness World Records officials recently confirmed the new record holders and shared footage of the successful attempt on their YouTube channel.

Curiously, the previous record for most dogs in the conga line was posted by Lauenburger’s daughter Alexa back in 2019 with nine dogs. Alexa was only 12 years old at the time and relied on the help of the same dogs that helped her father set the new record.
