You Can Buy Creel House From “Stranger Things” If You Have $1.5 Million

Want to buy a piece of pop culture and a home at the same time? Well, now you can because the Creel House from Netflix’s hit series Stranger Things has just hit the market.

The Creel House is extensively featured in the fourth season of Stranger Things. The house has a dark past and is abandoned in the human world, but it serves as a base of operation for villain Vecna in the Upside Down dimension.

As you might guess, the house isn’t located at Morehead Street, Hawkins, Indiana, and it isn’t abandoned. It is actually situated in Rome, Georgia, and can be bought for $1.5 million, according to the official listing.

The Creel House, initially constructed in 1882, comes with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Current owners reportedly purchased the house and the 6,000-square-foot property for $350K in 2018 and commissioned a complete renovation to bring it to its current look.

Many of the original details featured in Stranger Things have been kept, including “handcrafted built-in bookshelves, cabinetry, large and layered moldings, and a custom buffet.”

“You will recognize much of what has been prominently featured in the show’s fourth season, including: the majestic formal dining room where telekinesis is no longer practiced during meals; an adjoining parlor, perfect for playing Dungeons and Dragons; and a living room ideal for hosting meetings of the Hellfire Club,” the listing describes.
