Everyone loves a splash of lighthearted humor, right? Russian comic creator Stan Korabelnikov decided he would join that trend and bring smiles to people’s faces by posting his work online.
He created an Instagram page titled Proidemtes that showcases cute animals, foods, plants, and other inanimate things and puts them into funny scenarios. He publishes his artwork in both English and Russian and so far has nearly 6,000 followers!
He remembers that drawing was always part of his life since his earliest years. The comics he creates are made just for fun and are inspired by his everyday life. However, if you look closely, you’ll notice that some of his posts have a deeper meaning.
“I think the hardest part is to convey the emotion and hidden meaning of the comics. Sometimes the plot has a double meaning. And the most pleasant thing is the smiles of my relatives, friends, and everyone who can recognize themselves in the comics. I draw them for these moments,” he said in an interview for Bored Panda.
So far, Korabelnikov has published over 200 comics, where he featured snails, cats, dogs, sloths, snakes, boxes, planets, pencils, and erasers.
