Artist Places Cardboard Cutouts Against Beautiful Sunsets

TV producer John Marshall started creating cardboard cutouts while he was staying in a cabin in Maine. He then photographed them against sunsets to achieve the beautiful effect you can see below. He calls this creations Sunset Selfies and they’re often humorous and fantastical. Marshall’s Instagram page is quickly approaching 10k followers, so join them if you want to see more of his work.

“This collection started while I spent some time living in a small cabin on Frye Island, Maine. After watching gorgeous sunsets right out my back door, I decided to start a creative project I’m calling Sunset Selfies,” the artist told Laughing Squid.
