Ana Miminoshvili is an artist and illustrator from Tbilisi, Georgia. She illustrates plants with eyes in an attempt to capture the essence of today’s surveillance. Her series of these illustrations is called Blooming Eyes, and in it, she shows something much deeper.
“An ongoing personal illustration series, which reflects on anxiety, fear of being watched and pressure of social media exposure,” the artist described the series on her website. She also said that a tight color palette, warm ambiances, and strict shapes are the things that make her art distinctive.
