Dalmatians are a truly special dog breed, and having a single one doesn’t feel like enough once you fall in love with them. That’s exactly how Maria Bläser felt when she decided to welcome Khaleesi and Django into her home. But she had no idea that her new furry friends were about to become Germany’s most popular Dalmatian duo.
Bläser first welcomed Django into her home in 2013, but later decided he’d be too lonely as the only dog in the house. That’s why she decided to surprise Django by adopting Khaleesi, an equally adorable puppy with light orange spots that give her a truly unique look.
Both Dalmatians have pop-culture inspired names, adding to their popularity. But they’re no longer the only pets in their home. In 2019, Bläser adopted two adorable kitties named Maze and Phil, who eventually proved that cats and dogs can live in perfect harmony.
Bläser is an accountant by trade, while her husband Christian works as a primary school teacher, and all of his students adore Khaleesi and Django. With a following of 175,000 people, they’re two of Germany’s most popular pets—and we’re always looking forward to their amazing new adventures!
