Christmas is the season of giving, and you don’t have to say that twice to the Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny. The reggaeton superstar celebrated the holidays in the most festive way possible—by handing out 25,000 gifts to children in his home country.

Earlier this year, the singer started his own charity Good Bunny Foundation, and he felt that Christmas was the best time to give back to the community. He decided to channel his inner Santa Clause and prepared over 25,000 gifts for local children, including everything from instruments to art supplies and sporting goods.

Bad Bunny and volunteers from his foundation gathered around on December 27 and did a gift drive called Bonita Tradición in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Thousands of people gathered around for the touching celebration, which also featured traditional Puerto Rican food and music, in addition to thousands of gifts for the local kids.

This is the largest charity action organized by Good Bunny Foundation since its launch earlier this year. Bad Bunny told Today that he started the charity “spontaneously and in a natural way, de corazón (from the heart).” The gift drive allowed him to end the year on a high note and bring a bit of joy to the local community, after breaking records all year long with his smash hit album Un Verano Sin Ti.
