Grace Gaylord is a talented cookie artist and content creator, best known for her beautifully decorated cookie videos that she posts on her social media accounts. At first, baking was only a hobby, but as time passed, she came up with the idea to start posting pictures and step-by-step videos on Instagram and then on TikTok. Ever since she’s become a viral sensation with thousands of followers, but there’s been some backlash with the price of her cookies.
Grace learned how to bake cookies a long time ago, however, it was only a decade ago when she began decorating them with royal icing. Along with baking, she is a content creator, which one of the reasons why her videos are so popular on social media. But when a follower recently asked her how much she charges for one cookie, people were stunned by her answer.

To answer the question, Gaylord made a video saying that one cookie costs $10—talk about one pricey treat! It was after that when she blew up the internet, unintentionally. People couldn’t believe why she would charge that amount for her cookies.
“The irony of course in all of this is that I don’t actually sell my cookies; I was just doing as a content creator does: answering a question from a follower,” the artist said in an interview for Bored Panda. “Both of these videos were made quite innocently and received some great questions and responses, which I decided to respond to with additional videos.”
Internet drama aside, Grace’s talent is truly amazing, and she continues to focus on creating content and delicious cookies. Check out her videos!
