These Miniature Woolen Creatures Are The Definition Of Adorable

Moscow-based artist Natasya Shuljak creates woolen miniatures from felted fibers, and they’re the cutest things ever. They look like they could be characters from a children’s book which countless stories to tell. Many of the creatures have flower petals sprouting from their heads which only makes them cuter, almost as if they’re some mix between animals and plants.

Shuljak developed her style over the years and is now trying to find new ways to create felted creatures that don’t rely on tradition. “There is a lot of abstract in my work, and I want to enhance this feeling,” she told Colossal. She then added that she often finds inspiration in architecture and other art forms as well.

“These spheres are united by expressive language: the character of the line, rhythm, texture, color, etc,” the artist continued.

Shuljak doesn’t take orders but she sometimes updates her Etsy store with new sculptures for sale. You can follow her on Instagram where she has 90,000 followers if you’d like to see more of her art in the future.
