This Korean Artist Makes Dishes Almost Too Cute to Eat

The aesthetic experience of a meal can be just as important as the taste of the food. Korean food artist, Min Kyungjin understands the importance of good-looking food and creates dishes that are both delicious and adorable.

Located in Korea, Kyungjin decided to take her love of food and her love of art and combine them into creating dogs made out of noodles, or pandas made out of rice that both her family and followers can enjoy.

Kyungjin told Bored Panda, “I have enjoyed watching various genres of movies, comic books, animations, and magazines since I was young. I wanted to express it as a dish.” And they all come out from her imagination!

Although she only started making her delightful meals in February of 2022, she’s been able to share her creations far and wide. “People say that when they see my cooking, it makes them laugh and feel better. I like that response the best!” she shared.

When food looks good, it’s even more appealing to eat, and we can imagine how much fun her family has at mealtimes. Some of them are even too cute for Kyungjin to eat herself. “I eat most of the dishes, but I can’t eat the dishes that I like very much.”
