When TikToker Mac, aka @herecomemac, recently went to Disney World with their boyfriend Alex, they planned to do more than just check out the rides; they also wanted to propose. But it turned out that Alex had the same idea.
A viral video posted on Mac’s TikTok shows them and Alex taking a photo in front of Cinderella Castle. At one point, Mac takes out a ring from their pocket and gets to one knee. At that point, Alex bursts into laughter, reaches into his pocket, and also takes out a proposal ring.
The two share some laugh together before exchanging rings and sharing a kiss.
“What can I say? We share one brain cell; now we share more!” wrote Mac in the caption.
After the original clip went viral, receiving more than 15.7 million views at the time of writing, Mac uploaded another video to share some further details about this adorable situation.
Mac shared the plan with their cousin and cousin’s mom, bringing them to Disney World as well so they could film the entire thing. However, Alex also shared his own proposal plans to the two, so they were in on both sides and had to keep it for themselves.
“Both of us said yes,” Mac clarified in the video while showing off their and Alex’s rings.
