Toadstool Café is a Dream Comes True for Hungry “Super Mario” Fans

Super Nintendo World theme park recently opened its doors to the U.S. public at Universal Studios Hollywood. The park is based on various Nintendo video game properties but mainly relies on the Super Mario Bros. franchise and its spin-offs. But while the early reviews praise all of its attractions, including the augmented reality Mario Kart ride, the fan favorite so far has been the Toadstool Café.

Toadstool Café is the theme park’s main restaurant that looks like a dream comes true for hungry Super Mario fans. The charmingly-designed place is worth visiting for its Mushroom Kingdom references alone, but once you are there, you won’t be able to resist its Super Mario-themed menu.

The restaurant serves dishes based on your favorite food with a Super Mario twist. And as you might assume, the result of this mash-up looks good and tastes good.

For example, if you order Yoshi’s Favorite Fruit and Veggie Salad, you will get a mix of fruit and veggies topped with green and white croutons in the shape of Yoshi egg.

The Mario Burger, on the other hand, comes with a stamped mustache on the top bun and a figurine of Super Mario’s cap resting on it.

If this isn’t enough to convince you to give Toadstool Café a visit, maybe some other Super Mario dishes will.
