We often view celebrities as people who live in their own world that doesn’t have much in common with ours. But the truth is that most of them try to stay down to Earth and have a sense of normalcy away from the spotlight. One of them is Stranger Things’ star Noah Schnapp, who recently went viral for his reaction at a chance to win $50.
Despite being international star, Schnapp is set on finishing college and is currently a freshman at University of Pennsylvania (UPenn). The 18-year-old was recently walking around campus when he was approached by YouTuber Kwoknation and offered a chance to win $50 if he answers five questions correctly.
Despite being paid $250,000 per episode for his role of Will Byers in Stranger Things, Schnapp was genuinely excited to add an extra $50 to his budget. He accepted the challenge on the spot and introduced himself as Noah, student of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at UPenn.
Schnapp started the challenge on a roll, but ended up failing to answer “Under which President was the Federal Reserve created?” He still managed to pocket $10, which is honestly not bad haul for a student.
