Freelance illustrator and greeting card designer Charly Clementine doesn’t need much for her nomadic lifestyle—some clothes and an iPad she can do her work on are enough. Since 2013, she has been working with many different clients, and it doesn’t matter where she is.
In 2019, she launched a class on Skillshare called Fun With Faces: Create a Stylised Digital Portrait. Over 30,000 students took it so far, which is really impressive!
“I’m a greeting card designer and freelance illustrator with a love for teaching others. I’ve been specializing in greeting cards for about five years now and recently branched out into teaching illustration on Skillshare,” she told Inky Goodness in an interview.
Over time, she found that social media is the best place to publish new work and test the market. She currently has around 120,000 followers on Instagram where she shares her latest designs. She also shares the process of making them, along with free wallpapers and many other great things.
