Khristan Lamb’s Beaded Jewelry is as Quirky and Colorful as it Gets

Beaded jewelry has been around for as long as we can remember, and we’ve all tried making it at some point in the past. Khristan Lamb of Gypsy Lamb actually decided to stick to it and made quite a splash on Instagram with her quirky and colorful beaded jewels.

It’s been almost two decades since Lamb started making beaded jewelry full-time, while getting a job at a bead shop in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was mostly self-thought by that point, and it took some time for her personal style to evolve and become what it is today.

“I’ve had over a decade of practice wire wrapping and putting things together. My jewelry is much nicer today than when I started. I like to use the analogy of playing sports or a musical instrument: The more you practice your craft, the better you get,” Lamb told Halfcraft Collection.

Lamb is now based in Arcata, California and she enjoys working with wire when creating her beaded jewelry. The list of her favorite materials also includes fine gemstones, designer glass beads, and natural elements. She initially sold her jewelry on Etsy, but she now runs an official website, where you can find everything from her gemstone and beaded fringe earrings to bracelets and necklaces.
