There are all kinds of reasons people get into art, and Natalie Byrne’s reason is about as admirable as it gets. She seeks to make people feel less alone with her thought-provoking creations, as it even says in the caption on her Instagram page, which happens to have over 38,000 followers.

This Latina artist is helping her followers by not just delivering beautiful creations, but also by complimenting them with helpful messages. She’ll then usually finish off her post with a caption that expands on the message she was trying to deliver with her piece of art.

If you’ve ever tried your hand at using watercolor paints, you know how difficult it can be. It requires a very specific kind of skill, but Summer Sun doesn’t seem to be fazed by it in the slightest. When watching Sun’s Instagram video reels, she makes it look incredibly easy.

There’s a reason that Sun has over 150,000 Instagram followers. It’s not just the fact that her work is brilliant and pleasant to look at. It’s the fact that she always strives to bring her audience into her creative process. She doesn’t just post still photos of her art once it’s completed. She constantly posts video reels of her work process from start to finish, showing us a unique perspective that many artists don’t.

Watching her paint can sometimes be just as satisfying as gazing upon the finished product. In the case of Summer Sun, it can be downright addicting.

Eshan Denipitiya is a talented musician from Sri Lanka who shares his magical performances on Youtube. In the past, he’s published videos that show him playing various medleys from famous movies and shows such as Game of Thrones and Pirates of the Caribbean, and recently his latest video is a mix of music from the Harry Potter movie series.

Denipitiya especially enjoyed this last performance because John Williams, who composed the music for the Harry Potter movies, is one of his favorite composers. William’s impressive portfolio includes composing music for Star Wars, E.T., Raiders of the Lost Ark, and many other famous shows and movies.

“Here’s my take on one of my all-time favorite music scores by one of my favorite composers, John Williams! Please do share this video with your family and friends if you enjoy it, your support would mean a lot to me,” Denipitiya wrote in the video description.

Barnacles are sticky crustaceans with the ability to attach themselves to many hard surfaces. Usually it’s rocks and ships, but sometimes they stick to sea turtles—more specifically, their shells. While a single barnacle won’t do any damage to a turtle, too many of them can cause problems. The video below shows a man from Sri Lanka helping the sea turtles by removing the barnacles from their shells.

An Amazing Feat

On Youtube, he goes by the name Chika Boy. One of his recent videos shows a turtle covered in many barnacles. It doesn’t look like the turtle is particularly bothered by them, but these little creatures can cause infection and make the turtle’s life more difficult.

“The overloading of barnacles will prevent the turtle from moving and swimming properly,” the guy explains. “Then the turtle will become slower than usual because of increased weight on the turtle’s shell, it will find it difficult to search for food. Also, if the barnacles are attached near the turtle’s eyes, its vision will get impacted. Barnacles attached near the mouth of the turtle are also harmful. The turtle will not be able to eat properly due to excessive barnacles.”

He removes the barnacles using a knife, which is not easy work. In the end, all the barnacles are removed and the turtle is brought back to the beach and into the ocean.

Is there anything more fun and relaxing than watching funny videos of animals just being themselves and acting quirky? We know that’s one thing that always puts us in a good mood and we’re always happy to share such videos with you. The latest one we discovered shows a pair of playful goats, but to be honest, it wouldn’t be half as funny if they weren’t wearing colorful pool noodles on their horns!

If you’re having trouble getting through your day, this is one source of entertainment that’ll easily put a smile on your face. After all, you got to enjoy the little things in life, right?

As we learn from the video description, the goats are named Jimin and Yogurt. They often horse around in their yard in Lorena, Texas, but because there’s always the chance they can hurt each other with sharp horns, their owner Dan Lasher covers them with blue and pink pool noodles. This helps the young goats play safely without any danger.

You’ve heard so many times that dogs are our best friends, but did you know that they can also be helpful around the house? This is at least true for this lovely Doberman pinscher named Amelie who lives in Lehmrade, Germany. She doesn’t shy away from doing her part in the household, and the video below proves it.

Amelie’s owner Luca Neumann said that the dog has been trained to help out for years: “We started to train her tricks when she was two years old, which means that she learned a lot…There’re some tricks which took really a long time to teach her, but this one with the dishes was quite easy for her to understand,” Laughing Squid quotes him saying.

If anyone was nervous about getting a new dog, this video should settle their worries a tad. After all, who doesn’t need another set of paws to help out around the house?

We can clearly tell that Amelie enjoys being helpful and we’re sure she’s getting plenty of treats for her good work! See how adorable she is below.

Animals are truly wonderful living beings, and are actually not so different from us humans. They might not be able to communicate verbally in the same way that we do, but the avenues of communication are nevertheless up and running. When it comes to music, some animals feel its impact quite strongly.

This was proved when a musician named Paul Barton who lives in Thailand performed Beethoven’s “Moonlight Sonata” beautifully for an aging elephant named Mongkol. You can see the performance in the video below.

Mongkol is an elderly elephant who was rescued from captivity, after being used for hauling trees due to his size and strength. This is not an uncommon destiny for elephants, but fortunately, he was able to escape that life. He’s a gentle soul who enjoys beautiful things, and if this video is any indication, that includes piano performances!

“Beethoven’s slow movement from Pathetique Sonata by River Kwai for Mongkol, a Bull Rescue elephant that lives at Elephants World in Thailand,” the video description reads.
