Young Influencer Continues Her Hero Father’s Legacy

Sarah Arnold Hall is a young and thriving influencer with a large Instagram following that’s getting close to 30,000 people. She offers life coaching, where, as she states in her bio, she helps people “take consistent action.” If you were to scroll through her posts, you’d immediately find a bevy of inspirational passages, and most of the time you’d leave a little bit smarter than you did when you arrived.

But there’s more to this young woman than meets the eye. Sarah is actually none other than the daughter of the late Rob Hall, an influential mountaineer of the 90s. Rob was one of the first mountaineers to professionally lead groups up Mount Everest, and many others followed in his footsteps.

Rob is also the subject of the famous Jon Krakauer book Into Thin Air, which documents the story of how Rob and many others, unfortunately, passed away on Mount Everest during a treacherous expedition in 1996. It also talks about Rob’s heroic acts of the day he died, risking his life to potentially save a client and friend.

It’s safe to say that Sarah is truly following in her father’s footsteps because much of her advice falls in line with the kind of stuff her father did. Mountaineers in general, and especially Rob Hall, are incredibly driven and focused people. They set goals and they follow through on them—so it comes as no surprise that Sarah would promote these lessons in a consistent manner.
