Tsuyoshi and Tomi Seki, known as Mr. Bon and Mrs. Pon, or simply bonpon, have been married since 1980. The couple met when they were art students in Tokyo in the ’70s. You can follow this adorable couple on Instagram, along with over 800,000 people. Their Instagram posts include photos of them in cute outfits. The couple takes the photos with an iPhone mounted on a tripod.
Most of their clothes come from high street stores. “Of course we’re happy to be described as style icons in the media, but that’s not really how we see ourselves. We wear simple, inexpensive clothes that anyone can buy,” Tomi told The Guardian. They became popular after their daughter posted some photos of her parents on her own Instagram profile, after which many people requested more.
