Penelope is a beautiful Italian greyhound, who lives with her owner Kayla Harvey in Gardner, Kansas. Her Instagram bio describes her as a master fashionista, food thief, and full-time goose, but she also happens to be one of the most adorable pups that you’ll ever come across.
Penelope simply radiates positive energy, and that was clear to her owner from the very first moment she saw her. Harvey was planning to adopt an older dog because she didn’t think she could handle a puppy due to her chronic illness, but everything changed when she saw Penelope’s smile.
“She seems to be able to sense when I’m not feeling well and cuddles up with me for hours on end. On days when I’m in a lot of pain and smiling doesn’t come easy, she can make me laugh with her silly antics and expressions,” Harvey told Metro.
Adopting Penelope proved to be the right choice and they’ve been inseparable ever since. Her goofy grin is impossible to resist and her hilarious photos will always cheer you up after a long day and make your Instagram feed a little bit more pawtastic.
