James O’Neal is an artist who carves trees and turned them into statues. He does not have any formal training with wood sculpting and has had to learn his techniques as he goes for the past 10 years. After moving to Stow Creek Township, he began his sculpting career.

Through the years, he created life-size statues of famous athletes such as Floyd Mayweather, Muhammad Ali, Connor McGregor, and Cris Cyborg.

His latest creation was a replica of the former professional bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger. He posted the process on his Instagram account. The statue measures 1.88 meters and O’Neal said it will probably be completed in 6 months time.
