We all know that proposals are meant to be unique and something you will remember for the rest of your life. Makeup artist Jordan McGowan got all this when her now-fiancé Sean Munn proposed to her, but for all the wrong reasons.
McGowan recently shared a video of her proposal on TikTok, and the clip reached almost one million views in less than a week. Why, you ask? Well, because it was incredibly funny.
The video starts with McGowan and Munn posing for a photo in front of a panoramic landscape during their recent trip to Reykjavik, Iceland. Shortly after, Munn gets on one knee and takes out a ring. McGowan, knowing what’s next, tries to contain her excitement.
However, before McGowan manages to respond to the proposal, a random tourist decides they don’t really care about sweet moments. They simply enter the frame, step over the Munn’s leg, and proceed with trying to get a perfect shot of the scenery.
Fortunately, this act didn’t ruin the moment for the couple, who were too happy about the prospects of spending their lives together to care about the intruder.
“Honestly I find it funny. No harm done it’s a laugh to watch,” McGowan wrote in the caption of the video.
While McGowan didn’t mind the whole situation, other TikTok users were not as forgiving as her. Some even believed the rude tourist knew exactly what they were doing.
“You can’t convince me she didn’t do that on purpose,” one comment proclaimed.
